Slow-roasted lamb-stuffed peppers

made these tonight :) took the raw peppers, cut off the tops and stuffed em and picked about 375 to roast em at. lamb mixed with onion garlic basil parsley flaxseed oats and cheddar. Yum. after the first 45 minutes i started lookin at other recipes. apparently most everybody else cooks the ingredients before stuffin the peppers. the difference between cookin the peppers and the lamb before you throw em in the oven or not is about 2 hours i learned. Which is why i am posting this at eleven pm...
